1.Step.-deactivate 3g then recharge with 98 2g net pack .
2.Then activate 3g by sending ACT 3G TO 121.
3.Then select dual mode in network selection .Then restarT ur phone... UR 3G WILL BE ACTIVATED WITH 98 PLAN
